\n“Moped” means any two-wheeled or three-wheeled vehicle, of which the maximum design speed doesn\u2019t exceed 50 km\/h, the complete vehicle kerb mass doesn\u2019t exceed 400 kg, and in the case of three wheels, they are arranged symmetric to the longitudinal median plane; if fitted with an internal combustion engine, the engine capacity doesn\u2019t exceed 50mL and the maximum net power doesn\u2019t exceed 4kW.<\/p>\n
