\nA generic term for pressure relief devices fitted on the cylinders, by which the cylinder can rapidly and automatically discharge gas and release pressure under the unexpected high-temperature conditions, so as to protect the shell from bursting

\nMinimum flow capacity for safety
\nThe minimum flow capacity required to be discharged to prevent the internal gas pressure from further increasing after the allowable pressure for the cylinder is reached, when the cylinder is under the unexpected high-temperature conditions
