1. SCOPE<\/p>\n

This Standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for photometric characteristics of direction indicators for vehicles and trailers.<\/p>\n

This Standard applies to various types of direction indicators used by vehicles in Categories M, N and O.<\/p>\n

In this Standard, the aforesaid direction indicators are also referred to as devices.<\/p>\n
