It also describes the method employed to evaluate the corrosivity of the test cabinet environment.<\/p>\n<p>This document is applicable to assessment of the corrosion resistance of metallic materials and coatings, with or without permanent or temporary corrosion protection.<\/p>\n<p>This document does not specify the dimensions or types of test specimens, the exposure period to be used for a particular product, or the interpretation of results. Such details are provided in the appropriate product specifications.<\/p>\n<p>This document is useful for detecting discontinuities, such as pores and other defects, in metals and their alloys, as well as metallic, organic, anodic oxide and conversion coatings.<\/p>\n<p>The neutral salt spray (NSS) test applies to:<br \/>\n\u2014\u2014metals and their alloys;<br \/>\n\u2014\u2014metallic coatings (anodic and cathodic);<br \/>\n\u2014\u2014conversion coatings;<br \/>\n\u2014\u2014anodic oxide coatings;<br \/>\n\u2014\u2014organic coatings on metallic materials.<\/p>\n<p>The acetic acid salt spray test is useful for testing decorative coatings of copper + nickel + chromium, or nickel + chromium. It has also been found suitable for testing anodic and organic coatings on aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>The copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray test is useful for testing decorative coatings of copper + nickel + chromium, or nickel + chromium. It has also been found suitable for testing anodic and organic coatings on aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>These methods are all suitable for checking that the quality of a metallic material, with or without corrosion protection, is maintained. \u6c27\u5316\u94c0\u6eb6\u6db2\u914d\u5236<\/p>\n<p>5. 1.1 \u5728\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e3a 25 \u2103\u58eb2 \u2103\u65f6\uff0c\u7535\u5bfc\u7387\u4e0d\u9ad8\u4e8e 20 \u00b5S\/cm \u7684\u6eb6\u6db2\u3002\u6240\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u55b7\u96fe\u6db2\u6d53\u5ea6\u5e94\u4e3a 50 g\/L\u58eb 5 g\/L\u3002\u5728 25 \u2103\u65f6\uff0c\u914d\u5236\u7684\u6eb6\u6db2\u76f8\u5bf9\u5bc6\u5ea6\u5728 1.029 1.036 \u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002<br \/>\n5.1.2 \u6c2f\u5316\u94c0\u4e2d\u7684\u94dc \u3001\u9547 \u3001\u94c5\u7b49\u91cd\u91d1\u5c5e\u603b\u542b\u91cf\u5e94\u4f4e\u4e8e 0.005 % \uff08 \u8d28\u91cf\u5206\u6570\uff09 \u3002\u6c2f\u5316\u94c0\u4e2d\u786e\u5316\u94c0\u542b\u91cf\u5e94\u4e0d\u8d85 \u8fc7 0.1% \uff08\u8d28\u91cf\u5206\u6570\uff09\u6216\u4ee5\u5e72\u76d0\u8ba1\u7b97\u7684\u603b\u6742\u8d28\u5e94\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc7 0.5 % \uff08\u8d28\u91cf\u5206\u6570\uff09 \u3002<br \/>\n\u6ce8 \uff1a\u542b\u6709\u9632\u7ed3\u5757\u5242\u7684\u6c2f\u5316\u5012\u53ef\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6216\u6291\u5236\u8150\u8680\u3002<\/p>\n<p>5.2 \u8c03\u6574 pH \u503c<\/p>\n<p>5.2.1 \u6c2f\u5316\u94c0\u6eb6\u73ed\u7684 pH \u503c<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u55b7\u96fe\u6eb6\u6db2\u7684 pH \u503c\u8c03\u6574\u6c2f\u5316\u94c0\u6eb6\u6db2 pH \u5230\u89c4\u5b9a\u503c \u3002<\/p>\n<p>5.2.2 \u4e2d\u6027\u76d0\u96fe\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff08NSS \u8bd5\u9a8c\uff09<br \/>\n\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6eb6\u6db2\uff08 5.1) \u7684 pH \u503c\u5e94\u8c03\u6574\u81f3\u4f7f\u76d0\u96fe\u7bb1\uff08 6.2 \uff09 \u6536\u96c6\u7684\u55b7\u96fe\u6eb6\u6db2\u7684 pH \u503c\u5728 zs \u00b7c \u571f 2 \u00b7c \u65f6\u5904\u4e8e 6.5 7.2 \u4e4b\u95f4 \u3002\u7528\u7535\u4f4d pH \u8ba1\u6d4b\u91cf pH \u503c\uff0cpH \u503c\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u5e94\u91c7\u7528\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5f31\u7f13\u51b2\u6c2f\u5316\u94c0\u6eb6\u6db2\uff08\u6eb6\u4e8e\u53bb\u79bb\u5b50 \u6c34\uff09\u7684\u7535\u6781 \u3002\u6eb6\u6db2\u7684 pH \u503c\u7528\u5206\u6790\u7eaf\u76d0\u9178 \u3001\u6c22\u6c27\u5316\u94c0\u6216\u78b3\u9178\u6c22\u94c0\u914d\u5236\u7684\u6eb6\u6db2\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u6574 \u3002<br \/>\n\u6ce8 \uff1a\u55b7\u96fe\u65f6\u6995\u6db2\u4e2d\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u635f\u5931\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4 pH \u503c\u53d8\u5316 \u3002\u91c7\u53d6\u76f8\u5e94\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5c06\u6eb6\u6db2\u52a0\u70ed\u5230\u8d85\u8fc7 35 \u2103\uff0c\u624d\u9001\u5165\u4eea\u5668 \u6216\u7531\u65b0\u7684\u6cb8\u817e\u6c34\u914d\u5236\u6eb6\u6db2 \uff0c\u4ee5\u964d\u4f4e\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u542b\u91cf \u3002<\/p>\n<p>5.2.3 \u4e59\u9178\u76d0\u96fe\u8bd5\u9a8c\uff08AASS \u8bd5\u9a8c\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6309 5.1 \u5236\u5907\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u94c0\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165\u9002\u91cf\u7684\u51b0\u4e59\u9178\uff08 CH3 COOH \uff09 \uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u76d0\u96fe\u7bb1\uff086.2 \uff09 \u5185\u6536\u96c6\u6db2\u7684 pH \u503c\u5728 25 \u2103\u58eb2 \u2103\u65f6\u5904\u4e8e 3.1 3.3 \u4e4b\u95f4 \u3002\u5982\u521d\u914d\u5236\u7684\u6995\u6db2 pH \u503c\u4e3a 3.0 3.1 \uff0c\u5219\u6536\u96c6\u6db2\u7684 pH \u503c\u4e00\u822c \u5728\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u5185 \u3002\u7528\u7535\u4f4d \u3002\u7bb1\u4f53\u9876\u90e8\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e94\u907f\u514d\u8bd5\u9a8c\u65f6\u805a\u79ef\u7684\u6eb6\u6db2\u6ef4\u843d\u5230\u8bd5\u9a8c\u8bd5\u6837\u4e0a \u3002<br \/>\n6.2.2 \u76d0\u96fe\u7bb1\u7684\u5f62\u72b6\u548c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u5e94\u80fd\u4f7f\u7bb1\u5185\u6eb6\u6db2\u7684\u6536\u96c6\u901f\u7387\u7b26\u5408 10.3 \u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<br \/>\n6.2.3 \u3002\u55b7\u96fe\u538b\u529b\u5e94\u63a7\u5236\u5728 70 kPaD \uff5e170 kPa \u8303\u56f4\u5185 \u3002\u538b\u529b\u503c\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a 98 kPa\u58eb 10 kPa\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7bb1\u4f53\u548c\u55b7\u96fe\u5668\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u800c\u6539\u53d8 \u3002<br \/>\n6.4.3 \u4e3a\u9632\u6b62\u96fe\u6ef4\uff08\u6c14\u6eb6\u80f6\uff09\u4e2d\u6c34\u5206\u84b8\u53d1 \uff0c\u7a7a\u6c14\u5728\u8fdb\u5165\u55b7\u96fe\u5668\u524d\u5e94\u901a\u8fc7\u5408\u9002\u7684\u52a0\u6e7f\u5668\u52a0\u6e7f \u3002\u52a0\u6e7f\u7a7a\u6c14\u5e94 \u9971\u548c
