\n1 APPLICATION SCOPE<\/p>\n
This Rules is applicable to non-electrical toy products, which are designed or intended for the use of children under 14 years old for play purposes, of which the main body or the main part for play is made of plastics, and which are not intended to bear the weight of children. The toy products include static and mechanical plastic toys, but air-filled toys, mouth-actuated toys, stationery type toys, aquatic toys and so on are not covered in this Rules.<\/p>\n
2 CERTIFICATION MODE AND CRITERIA<\/p>\n

\nNote: In the case where the certificate is withdrawn or the certificate holder is subject to administrative penalty due to poor quality of certified product, the certification authority may perform the inspection of factory quality assurance ability and the product conformity check, and perform product testing by sampling method (as set out in 4.5.4.2), when the original holder applies for certification again or the materials submitted by the applicant need to be verified on site.<\/p>\n
