\n0 INTRODUCTION
\nThe Detailed Implementation Rules of motorcycle products (hereinafter referred to as \u201cDetailed Rules\u201d) was established in accordance with CNCA-C11-02:2014 \u201cImplementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification – Motorcycles\u201d (hereinafter referred to as \u201cProduct Implementation Rules\u201d). This Detailed Rules serves as the supporting document for the Product Implementation Rules and is used together with the Product Implementation Rules.
\nBased on the principles of maintaining validity of product certification, improving product quality, serving certification clients and controlling certification risks, this Detailed Rules was developed and issued in accordance with the Product Implementation Rules, CNCA-00C-003 \u201cImplementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification – Classified Management, Selection and Determination of Certification Mode for Factories\u201d, CNCA-00C-004 \u201cImplementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification – Utilization of Factory\u2019s Testing Resources and Other Certification Results\u201d, CNCA-00C-005 \u201cImplementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification – Requirements for the Factory\u2019s Quality Assurance Ability\u201d, and CNCA-00C-006 \u201cImplementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification – General Requirements for Factory Inspection\u201d (hereinafter represented by the Implementation Rules No.), as well as the quality manuals, procedure documents and operation instructions issued by the China Quality Certification Center (hereinafter referred to as \u201cCQC\u201d).
\nThe application scope and certification basis of this Detailed Rules are consistent with the relevant provisions of the Product Implementation Rules, and adjusted along with the announcements concerning adjustment and definition of product catalogue issued by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People\u2019s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as \u201cCNCA\u201d).

\nFor the application scope of motorcycle products, Clause 1 of the Product Implementation Rules applies.
\n2 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
\nFor the terms and definitions about motorcycle products, Clause 2 of the Product Implementation Rules applies. For the terms and definitions about certification, the requirements of \u201cProvisions on the Administration of Compulsory Product Certification\u201d and all implementation rules apply.<\/p>\n
