\n1 SCOPE<\/p>\n

This standard specifies the maximum allowable levels of restricted substances in electrical and electronic products and the corresponding compliance criteria.
\nThis standard is applicable to the control of such restricted substances in electrical and electronic products as lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE).<\/p>\n
