1 SCOPE
\nThis standard specifies the terms and definitions, safety requirements and safety signs and markings of oil transport tankers and refueling tankers.
\nThis standard is applicable to the oil transport tankers and refueling tankers, oil tanker semi-trailers and refueling tanker semi-trailers (hereinafter referred to as \u201croad tanker\u201d), retrofitted on a type-approved vehicle chassis and loaded with the diesel fuel or heating oil, light (UN No. 1202), motor spirit or gasoline or petrol (UN No. 1203), kerosene (UN No. 1223) as defined in GB 12268.
\nThis standard is not applicable to the plane refuellers.
