\n1 SCOPE<\/p>\n
The standard specifies limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from diesel engines (including marine diesel engine with rated net power of no more than 37KW) of non-road mobile machinery and secondary engines to be installed in vehicles to be moved on the ground for carrying goods and\/or passengers.
\nThe standard is applicable to the type approval, production conformity assessment and durability requirements of diesel engines operated under intermittent speed, and to be installed in the following non-road mobile machinery, including but not limited to:
\n\u2014 Industrial drilling rigs;
\n\u2014 Construction machinery including wheel loaders, bulldozers, road rollers, pitch pavers, off-highway trucks, excavators and fork truck etc;
\n\u2014 Agricultural machinery including large tractors and combine harvesters, etc;
