1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
\nThis document is applicable to the interior materials\/products (hereinafter referred to as interior materials) made of organic materials or organic composite materials and intended for the use of motor vehicles operating on road. This document may be used as a reference for the decorative parts\/products made of organic materials or organic composite materials and intended for the use of non-road vehicles (e.g., construction machinery, agricultural machinery, etc.) or other locations on the aforementioned vehicles.
\nConsidering the adjustment of application scope arising from the changes in such factors as laws & regulations, applicable product standards, technologies and industry policies, the announcement issued by the Certification Alliance for Vehicle (CAV) shall prevail.
\n2. CERTIFICATION MODE
\nThe certification mode for the interior materials is Type Test + Initial Factory Inspection + Post-Certification Supervision.
\nThe certification includes the following basic steps:
\na. Application for certification
\nb. Product type test
\nc. Initial factory inspection
\nd. Review and certification decision
\ne. Post-certification supervision
\nThe initial factory inspection is carried out in the manner of conformity of production (CoP) check. As the production organization mode and product features vary, differentiated CoP checks and post-certification supervisions may apply in specific implementation.
\n1.\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4
\n\u672c\u89c4\u5219\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9053\u8def\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u8f86\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7531\u6709\u673a\u6750\u6599\u6216\u6709\u673a\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\u5236\u6210\u7684\u5185\u9970\u6750\u6599\u4ea7\u54c1(\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u5185\u9970\u6750\u6599)\u3002\u975e\u9053\u8def\u8f66\u8f86(\u5982\u5de5\u7a0b\u673a\u68b0\u3001\u519c\u7528\u673a\u68b0\u7b49)\u6216\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8f66\u8f86\u5176\u4ed6\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7531\u6709\u673a\u6750\u6599\u6216\u6709\u673a\u590d\u5408\u6750\u6599\u5236\u6210\u7684\u9970\u4ef6\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u53c2\u7167\u4f7f\u7528\u3002
\n\u7531\u4e8e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4\u6216\u76f8\u5173\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u6280\u672f\u3001\u4ea7\u4e1a\u653f\u7b56\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\u6240\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u5e94\u4ee5\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u8ba4\u8bc1\u8054\u76df(CAV)\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u516c\u544a\u4e3a\u51c6\u3002
