\n1 SCOPE<\/p>\n
This Standard stipulates the pattern of Certificate of Vehicle and items.
\nThis Standard shall be applicable on issuance of the Certificate of Vehicle to motor vehicles (inclusive of tricars and low-speed goods vehicles), motorcycles (inclusive of mopeds), trailers, wheel-type machinery vehicles for special usage, and various kinds of motor vehicles and incomplete vehicles (inclusive of chassis of type II and chassis of type III), after completion of their manufacturing processes and until they have passed the delivery inspections respectively.<\/p>\n
