\n1 SCOPE<\/p>\n

This standard specifies the test methods for starting characteristic, steady-state characteristic, dynamic response characteristic, air-tightness test and insulation resistance test of fuel cell engines.
\nThis standard applies to proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell engines for vehicles.<\/p>\n
