1 SCOPE

This part of QC/T 568 specifies the rig testing methods for manual transmission assembly of light-duty and mini-vehicles.
This part applies to the manual transmission assembly (hereinafter referred to as “MT”) of passenger cars and commercial vehicles with an input torque not exceeding 200 N•m.

2 GENERAL

2.1 Test Item
This part includes the following test items:
a) MT transmission efficiency test;
b) MT noise test;
c) MT dynamic seal test;
d) MT static torsion strength test;
e) MT fatigue life test;
