Electric Motorcycles and Electric Mopeds – Safety Specifications

1 SCOPE

This Standard specifies the special safety specifications for electric motorcycles and electric mopeds.
This Standard applies to electric motorcycles and electric mopeds (see GB/T 24158 for the definitions; hereinafter referred to as “electric motorcycles”, unless otherwise stated).

The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated references, subsequent amendments (corrigenda excluded) to, or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the standards indicated below. For undated references, the latest edition of the normative documents referred to applies.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this standard, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 19596 and GB/T 5359.1 and the followings apply.
