Specifications for Extinguishing Equipment Arrangement in Bus

1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of fire extinguishing equipment, and the basic requirements, application requirements and other requirements for the fire extinguishing equipment arranged in bus.
This standard is applicable to the buses of Categories M2 and M3 and special school buses (hereinafter referred to as “vehicle”).
This standard is not applicable to the fire extinguishing equipment located at the position where Class D fire hazard exists (e.g. lithium-ion battery) on electric vehicles.
