1 SCOPE

This document specifies the requirements for performance of lithium-ion cells and batteries for electric bicycles, describes their respective test methods, and specifies the inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to the lithium-ion cells and batteries for electric bicycles (hereinafter referred to as “cells and batteries”) specified in GB 17761.
